Agreement

These Terms govern access to the UCVreg platform.

By accessing or using UCVreg, you agree to these Terms.

Section 2

Nature of Service

UCVreg provides regulatory infrastructure software, including:

• Digital Product Passport architecture
• EUDR traceability structuring
• Versioned regulatory artifacts
• Cryptographic anchoring
• Event journaling

Section 3

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of submitted data
• Compliance with applicable regulations
• Lawful processing of personal data
• Managing user access within their organization

Section 4

Payments

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe.

• Fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless specified.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension.
• Refund policies (if any) are specified in the commercial agreement.

Section 5

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the system
• Circumvent security controls
• Upload unlawful content
• Disrupt platform integrity

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• UnicodeVision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud or where unlawful.

Section 8

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
